Would you like the opportunity to manage an established recruitment team from a sales perspective? Do you have experience training and mentoring a team in order for them to excel as 360 recruiters?

We have two established brands at NDK, NDK IT and NDK InfoSec which operates within the Cyber space, we want you lead, coach and grow the IT Recruitment division whilst working closely with our Cyber brand on any cross selling opportunities
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our fast-growing Technology/IT division, based in our Tunbridge Wells offices. At NDK we have a successful proven track record of supplying top quality Technology candidates into our growing client portfolio. This covers a variety of industry sectors including; banking, media, fin-tech, government, pharmaceutical and consultancy.

We have exciting expansion plans within our Technology division and a host of established clients. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Recruitment Manager to lead and guide the team to grow out our presence.

At NDK you will have the opportunity to run your own desk, mentor a team of dedicated Consultants and be part of our growing business.

Your core responsibilities as a Recruitment Manager:
  • Working to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded, whilst identifying and capitalizing on selling opportunities wherever possible.
  • To develop and build upon strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Hit and exceed targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Motivating, leading and guiding the team to include training and development.
  • Day to day resource planning
  • Setting resource strategies
  • Running your own desk.  

About you:
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to form and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Strong experience in recruitment is essential, ideally with experience in mentoring and guiding a successful and profitable team.
  • Ambition and drive.
  • Experience working within the IT recruitment space
