We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Static Data Analyst to join an expanding Operations team within a bank that is really on the front foot. This bank is currently going through a global organic transformation program, with over 300 people having joined their London office in the last few years.
They are looking for a Senior Static Data Analyst to join the team to step up when the Team Lead is working on other projects. This will suit a current Team Lead, or perhaps an individual looking to take that step up. You will be first point of contact for the team for any queries, problems, giving guidance etc. Therefore, you will need to be able to demonstrate managing a team.
This is joining a team of 7 who are responsible for maintaining high quality reference data across the London branch in compliance with banking regulations such as AML and KYC.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Static Data Analyst:
  • Providing support and guidance to the team, stepping up when the Team Lead is working on other projects.
  • Checking in on the team’s progress, giving guidance and being first point of contact for queries or questions.
  • Maintain high quality static/reference data across London Branch and European Office systems in conjunction with AML/KYC Client documentation verification.
  • Accurately Register New Customers and related Product, Settlement & Regulatory specific attributes across all related systems.
  • Accurately monitor and carry out static/reference data instructions from incoming workflows in accordance with agreed SLA’s.
  • Accurately maintain and approve Standard Settlement Instructions across FX/MM Derivative Products.
  • Control updates of Internal Trading Limits and Base/Fixing rates across Branches.
  • Support the Data admin and Cash management Teams with Project and adhoc tasks within Shared Services.
Key Skills of a Senior Static Data Analyst:
  • Must be able to demonstrate managing a team.
  • Must have static data/reference data banking experience to include maintenance procedures, contract, regulatory and credit line information, SSI, credit limits, rates and international calendars.
  • Knowledge of international bank regulations such as AML and KYC.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and investment banking product knowledge.
  • Flexible team player with can-do attitude.
