An organically growing bank requires a Libor Solutions Architect to join their business area, to be responsible for undertaking of impact basements of their new cash and treasury products.

In this role, you will be responsible for documenting the gap analysis of current system capabilities and help determine the system changes that are required.

  • Undertake impact assessments of the introduction of new Cash and Treasury products on their systems in line with the Product Roadmap by participating in Product Working Groups across Loans and Derivatives.
  • Define business application prototypes/proofs of concept to validate the suitability of the proposed future state architecture.
  • Document gap analysis of current systems and o support the business and functional requirements of new products and those on the near-term roadmap that impact the architectural landscape for LIBOR
  • Provide regional input into global LIBOR system remediation activity to ensure regional impacts are factored into any solutions using Feasibility Studies and reviewing documentation.
  • Assess and identify local systems required in downstream systems in the region to handle global changes with LIBROR.
  • Determine the systems changes  required regionally on the systems not addressed by global activity to implement product transition
Key Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of operational processes that support Loans and Derivatives products
  • Knowledge of Loans and Derivatives product structures
  • Knowledge of corporate banking systems such as trade booking, loans processing, data warehouses
  • Subject matter expert of ACBS or LoansIQ
  • Full understanding of SDLC
  • Able to understand and produce systems architecture diagrams
  • A conceptual thinker who can present complex ideas and topics to a wide audience (both technical and non-technical)
  • Dynamic, open to ideas, able to influence with good analytical skills, able to contribute to major business change.
  • Able to work to tight timescales, be commercially aware, and have the ability to work well within a team structure
